Fix CcmExec.exe service does not restart automatically

In some cases, the CcmExec.exe service does not restart automatically after you stop and restart the WMI service. This issue occurs because WMI aborts all requests when it is stopped and does not restart those requests when the service is resumed or restarted. To resolve this issue, you must manually restart the SMS Agent Host service. The periodic client health check also detects that the SMS Agent Host service is not running and restarts the service if it is running.
