Yes, we are talking about restaurants where guests can bring their own bottles of wine and beer, and these are not fantasies.

Here in the Phoenix area, waiters at cozy Italian restaurants, pho joints, and elegant bistros wait to crack open the wine you bought on that Italian vacation and serve it alongside world-class cuisine. Well, before you get too excited, there are a few rules when it comes to BYOB restaurants.

Other business establishments that hold the license for unlicensed premises may have an occupancy of 300 people or less and may allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages between the hours of 4:00 p.m. m. and 4:00 p.m. m. and 2 a.m.
